  • Shipping

              All Items come from our central U.S. location in Illinois, to greatly reduce shipping cost to a majority of customers. Insurance on packages is encouraged but not required. We encourage insurance because we cannot control handling practices used by such companies as FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service and cannot be held liable for damages that sometimes occur during that process. In the unfortunate event a display is damaged and insured we will work with our customer to rebuild and resend at no extra cost.

  • Deposit

             A small deposit is required before construction of your project. Once contacted we will open a dialogue with you and learn what you are looking for and exactly how you would like to display your Movie Prop,  Autograph, Sports Memorabilia, Family Heirloom Ect. Once we have sufficient information we will work on a proof. This Proof will be emailed to you along with a total cost to build your display. At this point changes can be made to suit your taste. On approval of the final proof a 25% deposit on frames and 50% deposit on acrylic cases is required before construction may start. After completion you will be sent a photo of the finished product and a final balance + Packaging and shipping costs.

  • Cancelations

             If for any reason you would like to cancel your order you may receive a full refund if no work has been done on your project. If your project is in fabrication you maybe able to receive a partial refund on your initial deposit.
